Paul Crook

Paul has extensive international experience in advising clients and leading teams focused on large scale business transformation, strategy and personal performance. He has had a very successful international career in strategy and business transformation consulting rising to the level of Regional Managing Partner for EMEA with extensive consulting and sales success across Europe. He has operated at C-level in English, French and Italian – working for PA Consulting, Gemini Consulting, Andersen Consulting/Accenture, Fujitsu Services and most recently IBM. He has excelled as a leader scoring in the top 3% for Leadership as a full equity Partner based on 360 degree feedback. He has led and grown a variety of successful strategy consulting practices across Europe with Andersen Consulting/Accenture, Fujitsu Services and IBM.

He has consistently been requested to fill faculty roles teaching leadership, values, business transformation and consulting skills at all levels up to and including candidate Partners. He has formal training in counselling and been career coach and advisor to numerous international teams. He has also acted as a grievance counsellor and investigator – helping to support individuals and resolve disputes arising from bullying, sexual and racial harassment.

His client business coaching focus is based on a market/customer-centric approach to business transformation that delivers a holistic approach – integrating people, process and technology innovation and change – to deliver a step change in performance.

His personal leadership/career performance approach is based on a strong focus on integrity, self awareness and enthusiasm – helping leaders maximise their own and their teams’ performance.

He has worked with leaders and teams in all major sectors including: retail, financial services, telecommunications, media, government (central and national security), manufacturing and professional services.

Paul is married and lives in Oxted, Surrey. He loves to travel – having become fluent in French and Italian, plus speaking some Czech, German, Greek, Hungarian and Spanish – and spends his spare time listening to music (he was a renowned hi-fi guru and author in 1980s) and reading history.
