Executive coaching is where we focus on senior executive and mangers who want to realise their potential.  This is where the drivers of success are so key in who we are as leaders and managers as individuals, as human beings.

The pressures of the market, investors, executive boards can all affect our work, how we work, how we communicate both upwards, sidewards and downwards within the organisation. The positive impact and the negative impact on other people’s lives as well as our own.

There are tools which can help executives learn about their management styles, the behaviour, their impact.  These tools, psychometric and 360 feedback help identify  how people see themselves and how others see them. This can be key in coaching and executives will sometimes be surprised, encouraged and will wish to explore how they can get even better effectiveness out of what they do and how they perform based on some of these results. They may wish to seek change in themselves, in how others relate to them, in how they are perceived.
