Jacqui Gleeson

As the founder of Inspirational You and Gleeson Executive Limited, Jacqui Gleeson brings over 25 years experience of working within the corporate world of selling technology and business solutions. Her career includes periods at British Olivetti, McDonnell Douglas Information Systems, AT&T and BT. During her career Jacqui has sold and built relationships at Boardroom levels globally.

During her career, Jacqui has gained an extensive understanding of sectors from Retail, FMCG, Financial Services, Automotive, Manufacturing, Travel & Leisure, Media, Oil & Gas, Utilities and Public Sector.

Jacqui is renowned for her global networking, building and maintaining relationships and developing new business opportunities. She thrives on working in innovative ways and in bringing people and business opportunities together and is considered one of the best door openers on the market today.

She is passionate about people realising their true potential and in reaching out to a wider audience she formed Inspirational You to prove how coaching, mentoring and self assessments can be beneficial and available to all people.

Jacqui provides the platform for people to be “introduced to themselves” and see what lies within and how they can achieve their life’s goals, to realise and reach for what is right in front of them and beyond. She is regularly invited to help launch new business ventures, network people with people, recruit top talent and coach middle and senior management teams.

She has a Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School, is a Certified NLP Practitioner and an Appraisal 360 Practitioner

Jacqui is a Coach at Henley Business School where she works on their executive programmes.

Jacqui is a Trustee of the Coventry & Warwickshire Hospitals Charity and continues to raise funds for the Arden Cancer Appeal.
